Please let go of your MRI report for a minute and read what I have to say.
The most common cause of pain is contracted muscles. Many people have disc herniation, degeneration, stenosis and spondylosis and are living pain-free and unaware of their condition.
Muscles get tight and contracted for many reasons. Sometimes it is post-trauma, but most of the time it’s just from us living our lives and being active or for postural reasons.
We should always see a doctor when we have pain, but often our specialists find something to conclude arthritis, degeneration or spinal irregularity as the primary cause of pain.
Why they won’t address the muscles is a mystery.
80-90% of pain conditions are due to issues with the muscles.
At Range Of Motion we will do a postural assessment and manual muscle tests to find out if muscles are the cause of your pain.

When you are ready to let go of your MRI report as a sentence to chronic pain, get in touch with us and let’s see if you’re one of the majority who just have contracted muscles that need to be released.
